Fritsch Rollfix 600 high performance dough sheeter designed to meet the very highest demands in engineering terms. Furthermore the all-over stainless steel structure not only strengthens this machine, thus extending its service life, but also makes the dough sheeter far more hygienic and easier to clean.Based on a new intuitive operating concept and simple user guidance, 18 sheeting programmes are available for every dough type as standard, along with a total of 100 product memory addresses (extendable) – all of which can be managed on a 10-inch touchscreen. All programme adjustments can naturally be comfortably stored on a USB stick.
