As lead times increase, and available labor decreases, the need for custom solutions arises in any facility. Harvest is committed to providing our customers with 30+ years of bakery and food production equipment. Specifically, we specialize in retrofitting and modernizing older equipment.


In addition to equipment training, Harvest offers consulting services for research and integration of new equipment and automation for Bakeries. We can assist with plant planning, installation coordination, removal of existing equipment, employee training, custom equipment, process design, and many other aspects of commercial and retail baking.
